I help people untangle the messy, confusing, beautifully complicated parts of being alive. Whether you’re navigating relationships, healing old wounds, or trying to feel more like yourself, I’m here for all of it!

​My appreciation for therapy started in my own counselling sessions as a young person, where I learned what it feels like to be truly seen and supported. That experience shaped everything about how I show up as a therapist today.

​I know reaching out can feel scary or awkward, and my goal is to make it feel a little less so. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, blending evidence-backed practices with an authentic, down-to-earth vibe.
